About Podscud
A great podcast can turn a routine commute into a new idea, a good story or a conversation worth thinking about. Podscud helps you find your next listen and keep the shows you love in one place.
Why Podscud exists
There is more to podcast discovery than a chart or an endless directory. Podscud brings together topical collections, search and a podcast player so you can explore at your own pace. Our aim is simple: less time looking for something to listen to, more time enjoying it.
How to listen
Podcasts are series of audio episodes you can listen to when it suits you. You do not have to start at episode one: choose a topic that interests you, or follow the show's recommended order for a story told across several episodes.
- Start with a suggested collection, browse the full catalog by category or language, or search for a show you already know.
- Open a podcast to read about it and explore its episodes. Choose an episode and press play to start listening in your browser.
- Use the player to pause, resume or seek within an episode. You can keep exploring Podscud while you listen; if playback does not start, check your connection or try another episode.
Your podcasts, your way
You can discover podcasts and try an episode before creating an account. Sign in when you want to follow your favorite shows, organize them into lists and share those lists with friends. Your listening progress helps you pick up where you left off.
How we choose and share content
Our suggested collections are editorial starting points, grouped by topic and language. Popularity helps us find candidates, and the selection and ordering can be reviewed and adjusted. They are suggestions to explore, not a claim that every show will suit every listener.
Podcast titles, artwork, descriptions and episodes come from the publishers' feeds. The original publishers remain responsible for their programs, and audio is delivered from their hosting services. Podscud adds discovery, collection introductions and tools for listening and organizing; it does not claim to have created the shows.
Who is behind Podscud?
