The lecture discusses the traditionally chanted verse before taking a meal in most parts of India – “Brahma Arpanam, Brahma Havihi, Brahma Agnau, Brahmana Hutam. Brahmaev Ten Gantavyam, Brahma Karma Samadhina”. The instrument of offering is Brahman, the object of offering is Brahman, the offeror is Brahman, and to whom it is offered is also Brahman - the Absolute.
