On hour 2 of the Big Show, George and Matt have a discussion on a controversial play from last night's ECF game between the Rangers and Hurricanes. The guys discuss if a penalty late in the game should have been a penalty shot rather than the powerplay that resulted in the game winner. George dives into some stats that show Barkov's history in penalty shots/ shoot outs and Matty argues that the better team won that game anyway.
(15:10) To wrap the hour, Julie Stewart Binks from SNY joins the show! Julie continues the conversation on the missed penalty shot call, the impressive playoff run of Igor Shesterkin, why the Rangers need more from Kreider, how both teams are showing no quit in this series, why it feels like the Rangers are viewed like underdogs in this series despite being the best team in the regular season and more!
