I got the gastric sleeve gastrectomy (weightloss surgery) on August 1, 2019 and I'm 142 pounds down!
In this episode I had the opportunity to have Jordyn, she is 11 months post op and is down over 100 pounds and doing such a good job. We have previously had a "live" session on Instragram and have talked since then back and fourth on Instagram. We talked about so many different topics! We talked about her being diagnosed with PCOS and how that has changed since loosing extreme weight. We went on and on about how important it is to LOVE YOURSELF through every single step of this journey and to always remember where we came from and SO MUCH MORE.
Jordyn, thank you so much for being on my podcast! Thank you for being so open on many hard topics to talk about I know it will truly help someone that is currently listening. You are doing such an amazing job on your journey and I'm so blessed to have met someone like you along my journey that continues to motivate me daily. Can't wait to have you on again soon!
