I got the gastric sleeve gastrectomy (weightloss surgery) on August 1, 2019 and I'm 142 pounds down!

In this episode I have Amy (Instagram name" AMYY_VSG) ! She is a year post op and 135 pounds down. I'm so excited to have her on my channel.. I've been following her on Instagram for a while now and I'm so inspired by her journey and the way she views this whole process. She mentions that she doesn't want to view this as a "forever diet" and she still allows herself to have treats here and there but using the tools she has learned on this journey to maintain her weight. She shares her love for shopping now due to the freedom she feels after her extreme weightloss (which I can agree on haha).
