This week Brian and Harrison kick things off by acknowledging the Bondi Shooting tragedy and sharing their condolences to the victims and their families. They then tuck into a Christmas themed edition of the Barwon Heads Brewing Co. 6-pack.

Joining the show this week is James Tomkins. James is undoubtedly Australia's greatest ever rower, as a part of the 'Oarsmen Foursome' , he and his crew won 3x Olympic gold medals, 1x Olympic bronze medal, 7x World Champion and competed at 6x Olympic Games.

This chat covers; James' journey in the sport of rowing, his mindset and training regimes, how he stayed motived, longevity in elite sports, his time working with the International Olympic Committee, his foray into the world of finance, and much much more.

We loved chatting to James, we hope you enjoy listening.

And.... HAPPY HOLIDAYS!
