Are more civilians being targeted in Ukraine war?
Ukraine is struggling to cope with the rate of Russian ballistic missiles. President Volodomyrr Zelenskyy says a massive wave of Russian strikes on Kyiv has killed at least 17 and injured dozens more. He says lives could have been saved with more missile interceptors and it marks a rise in the numbers of civilians killed in the war.
