What's behind the rise in violence against children?
New research has found recorded rates of sexual and family violence-related assault involving Australian children rose over the last decade with the sharpest increase in recent years. The study from the University of Sydney used data from national police-recorded assaults, hospitalisations, and child protection data from three Australian national agency databases.
