Dulce Base is a well-known conspiracy theory about an alleged underground facility beneath Archuleta Mesa near Dulce, New Mexico. According to the story, the base is used for secret experiments involving both humans and extraterrestrial beings. A central part of the story is an account of a violent firefight in the 1970s, which has been linked, among other things, to Phil Schneider's testimony. The story also includes connections to cattle mutilations and UFO sightings in the area. No conclusive evidence confirming the existence of the base has been made public.
