Carmen and Jurko continue breaking down the Bears' blockbuster acquisition of Jeffery Simmons, debating whether Ryan Poles should make another move for Khalil Mack or Chase Young before the NFL trade deadline. Jurko explains why Simmons should be able to contribute immediately against the Seahawks and how his presence could improve Chicago's pass rush alongside former Mississippi State teammate Montez Sweat. The guys examine the Bears' defensive statistics, potential offseason roster decisions and where Chicago ranks among legitimate Super Bowl contenders. Callers weigh in on the trade, including whether the Bears should consider moving Rome Odunze in the offseason to replenish draft capital. Plus, the crew discusses the White Sox hiring former Brewers scouting executive Matt Roof, the continued development of Bulls rookie Caleb Wilson and the Brewers' World Series celebration. Carmen also previews his upcoming Bourbon & Bacon fundraiser, featuring a rare whiskey auction item.
